New Boss At Channel 9 Posted by Kelly Frost Jr. Date: December 14, 2023 The General Manager of KIXE Channel 9, Dave Cox, will retire effective Friday. Cox has managed the local PBS affiliate for the past 6 years. He’ll be replaced by longtime Program Director Rob Keenan.
