NPU Tracks Down 3 Juveniles Accused Of Breaking Windows At Several Businesses

An investigation has led to some arrests from a brazen crime spree last week in East Redding. Last Wednesday night three people wearing facemasks were seen by witnesses and caught on video surveillance breaking windows of businesses off Churn Creek Road near Browning Street. They were gone when police arrived, but using video footage and speaking with witnesses and school resource officers, the Neighborhood Police Unit was able to identify three juvenile suspects. When they were confronted, all three reportedly confessed and were booked into juvenile hall.
