Officers Seize Numerous Guns After Reported Road Rage Incident

An Anderson man with prior felony convictions had his gun collection seized after a reported road rage incident. On Saturday someone told Anderson Police that they had been followed through town by a man who pointed a pistol at them. Officers identified 41-year-old Jesse Bautista and served a search warrant at his home. Apparently a family member had taken the guns to prevent them being discovered, but later returned them. Police seized two pistols, two shotguns, four rifles and a lot of ammunition. Bautista was booked into jail being a felon with guns, brandishing and reckless driving.
