Red Bluff Police say the high-tech contained in some stolen goods led to the capture of the thieves. Tuesday morning someone reported a vehicle burglary with multiple items taken, including a new iPhone 11 worth $1100. The owner tracked the phone to the Red Bluff Dollar Tree and when officers arrived they stopped the fleeing suspects with help from bystanders. The stolen goods were recovered.
