PG&E is planning a possible Public Safety Power Shutoff to begin Wednesday night. A total of around 4,200 customers may lose power. That includes 1,558 customers in Shasta County concentrated in Igo, Round Mountain, Oak Run and Montgomery Creek, as well as 1,117 customers in Tehama County concentrated in Rancho Tehama and Flournoy. The shutoff is planned to begin around 6 O’clock Wednesday evening if sustained winds reach 19 miles an hour and gusts reach 30 to 40 miles an hour. Potentially affected customers have been notified.
