A man suspected in a shooting is being sought by Red Bluff Police. Just before 2 O’clock Sunday afternoon at a home on Rio Street, police say 40-year-old Thurman Franks was arguing with another 40-year-old man about personal property when Franks shot the man in the leg. Franks was not there when police arrived, and he’s now wanted for questioning.
