A large load of potted marijuana plants was found in a van by a Siskiyou County deputy very early Friday morning. At 3:30am the Mercedes-Benz Transit van was northbound on Interstate 5 north of Weed and was swerving over the fog line repeatedly. After the deputy turned on his lights and siren, the van driver continued for another 3 miles before pulling over. It contained 1,021 rooted cannabis plants. The driver, 53-year-old Yung Fai Sze of Sacramento, was asked where he was going and he said Oregon but would not be more specific. He was booked into jail.
