PG&E says they’ve restored electricity to everyone affected by a Public Safety Power Shutoff that started Wednesday. Thousands were warned they would lose power in Shasta County, but apparently didn’t have strong enough winds to justify it. Wednesday night, about 1,100 customers were shut off in Tehama County concentrated in Rancho Tehama and Flournoy. After winds died down, lines were inspected for damage and all power was restored by 5:30PM Thursday night.
