A 25-year-old Redding burglary suspect was arrested early Wednesday morning at an east Redding business. At 12:50am Redding Police responded for a burglar alarm at CosmoProf on Larkspur Lane. They say Bobby Oetzel was walking away from the rear door and was in possession of two I-Pads and a cell phone taken from the business. He also apparently had a battery powered angle saw. Officers believe he had used the saw to cut through a lock on the back door. Oetzel has been arrested for burglary before, including at the Dance Depot on Larkspur Lane in 2021 and Shasta Computer Repair on Bechelli last year. He was jailed on $10,000 bail.
