Local homeless advocacy groups will hold an event on Monday to help people in high risk situations. “Shasta County Project Homeless Connect” is at the Redding Civic Auditorium from 9AM to 2PM Monday. It’ll bring together a lot of services in the same place, including veterinary, medical, dental, optical, hygiene, behavioral health, housing, food stability, education, unemployment, substance abuse and pet care. Several organization are hosting the event. RABA will provide free transportation from anywhere on their routes.
