RABA Offering Free Rides Now Through The End Of September

The Beach Bus is running again, and all bus rides in Redding this Summer are free. RABA is trying to restore lost ridership from the pandemic and get people back into the habit of riding the bus. The best way to do that is to let them ride for free. Thanks to a Cal-Trans low carbon transit grant, RABA will collect no fares from any riders all summer long. The free-fare summer runs through the end of September on all routes. That includes local routes in Redding and Anderson, intercity routes, the Beach Bus to Whiskeytown Lake, the commuter route to Burney and demand response for those with disabilities. Details and route information can be found at rabaride.com.
