Red Bluff Police say they’ve arrested a convicted felon in possession of a variety of weapons. On Monday officers and detectives arrived at the Hickory Street home of 34-year-old Anthony Scott Dyer Jr., who was on his way out and was detained. Detectives say they found six guns, including a sawed-off shotgun, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, along with two canisters of tear gas and more than 6 Pounds of cannabis.
