Red Bluff Police continue their crackdown on drugs after hours in the city parks. At 10:30PM Monday night officers found 39-year-old Estella Wright in the park off Riverside Way. They say she was acting suspiciously and had several felony warrants so they searched her. They reported finding Meth, syringes, a scale and packaging materials. She was arrested for possession of drugs for sale.
