A fugitive has been captured in Red Bluff. Police say that on April 1st, 33-year-old William Frederick escaped from police in Kansas and shot at them during a pursuit. The U.S. Marshal’s Office tracked Frederick to Red Bluff and Wednesday afternoon, with help from Red Bluff Police and other agencies, Frederick was taken into custody near Gentry Way and arrested for attempted murder of a police officer.
