Red Bluff Police Homeless Man After Small Fire At Veterinary Clinic

A homeless Red Bluff man who has served time in prison for arson has been arrested for starting another arson fire. 36-year-old Anthony Torres was sentenced to 3 years in prison in 2021 for starting a pile of garbage on fire in the doorway of a Red Bluff business. At 10:20PM Wednesday night Red Bluff Police were called to the Antelope Veterinary Clinic on Belle Mill Road on reports of a suspicious person prowling around. Officers arrived to find Torres allegedly lighting a fire in a delivery container. They extinguished the fire and arrested Torres. He’s in jail on multiple charges and is being held on a no-bail parole hold.
