He and another suspect, 19-year-old Nathan Olney Reep of Red Bluff, were arrested in Trinity County on Saturday. A third suspect remains at large. 15-year-old Ryan Scott Piper of Red Bluff is 5-foot-5 and 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. His photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
