Redding Doctor Paul Danuka has announced his intention to run for the city council in November. Dhanuka previously ran for the State Assembly and lost to Megan Dahle in 2020. During the Covid pandemic, Dr. Dhanuka was an outspoken critic of masking and vaccination mandates. He’s held leadership positions at both of Redding’s major hospitals and other facilities.
