A house off of Railroad Avenue was lit on fire Friday, possibly on purpose. At Noon, Redding Fire Department was called to the house on the corner of Railroad and Milo Avenue. The fire was quickly contained after causing moderate damage estimated at $25,000 to the structure and $500 worth of contents. It also burned a quarter acre of vegetation. Nobody was home but the fire was determined to be human caused and started on the outside. Anyone who knows how it started can call 225-4141.
