Redding Rotary Clubs Transforms The Monolith Near Turtle Bay Into A Haunted House

Longtime Redding residents can remember when the concrete monolith at Turtle Bay was not just a relic of the past. For many years, it was decked out for Halloween as a haunted house, and Redding loved it. For a second year, that experience is back as the Rotary Club of Redding has turned the concrete shell into a house of horrors. I’ll be open Thursday night through Sunday. Tickets are $20 at the door or $15 online at reddinghauntedhouse.org.

For those who prefer their frights in a more refined setting, Turtle Bay Museum is holding an after hours event just for adults 21 and over Friday night from 6PM to 9PM with specially themed food and drinks, and meet and greets with Turtle Bay’s animal ambassadors. Live music is provided by Pop Rocks. The cost is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
