Two arrests were made at a DUI checkpoint conducted by Redding Police Friday night on North Market Street. 1,031 vehicles were screened and two arrests were made, including 45-year-old Jonathan Kidwell. He had a blood alcohol level 3 times the legal limit. It was his 7th DUI arrest in the last 10 years.
