During Tuesday’s meeting, the Shasta County Board of Supervisors will discuss the possible replacement to a stolen Gulf War Veterans Memorial. The memorial, a 4 by 4 foot piece of Granite, had been installed on pillars near the southeast corner of the Redding Library parking lot. The county will likely pay for a new monument to be made, and the city will bear the expense of mounting it at its former location.
