Redding Police say they caught up to two burglars on Saturday. At 11:30AM a contractor encountered two intruders inside a home on Helena Street, and they took off running. The contractor followed them and saw their vehicle, which he reported to police. An officer spotted it a few minutes later and pulled it over into the Costco parking lot. Todd Morris and Joshuya Pearce, both 36, were booked into jail. Pearce was on probation for possession of stolen property and had a felony warrant for forgery.
