A man was stabbed Sunday night in Redding and an arrest has been made. At 8:45PM, Redding Police were sent to the boat ramp behind the Rodeo Arena, where they found a man with a stab wound to his lower neck. He was transported to a hospital and is expected to survive. A description of the suspect was given to officers, who searched and found a man at Lake Redding Park who matched the description. 48-year-old Jason Wiebusch was booked into jail. He’s already on parole for assault with a deadly weapon and had an active arrest warrant.
