RPD: Intoxicated Woman Pepper Sprayed After “Rampage” At Target

A woman was arrested at Target in Redding after a display of extreme behavior. Redding Police were called at 5 O’clock Monday on reports that an intoxicated woman was “on a rampage”, threatening employees and customers, pouring water in their faces, and brandishing a Taser and pepper spray. After stealing a bottle of wine she left the store. Officers found 25-year-old Tierra Webb in her car in the parking lot and there was a standoff while officers determined she wasn’t armed. She apparently tried to drive away until officers broke a window and pepper sprayed her. She was booked into jail for robbery, threatening police, resisting arrest and public intoxication, with bail set at $100,000. It’s not known if the woman was having a mental health episode.
