Redding Police raided a house in West Redding on Tuesday, but the resident had apparently flushed a lot of drugs as they arrived. The Neighborhood Police Unit said they had gotten many complaints about the house on Gold Street, with a lot of traffic in and out of the place at all hours. A search warrant was served on the resident, 39-year-old Steven Looysen, who was busily flushing when officers came in. 98 Grams of Fentanyl and many loose shards of Methamphetamine were reportedly pulled out of the body of the toilet. Officers reported seizing a total of 4.5 Ounces of Fentanyl, 16 Grams of Heroin and 23 Grams of Meth. They also reported finding a Harley Davidson in the backyard that was stolen from Red Bluff a month ago. Looysen was booked into jail.
