Redding Police have apprehended a suspected drug dealer on Saturday evening following what is being called a “proactive” vehicle stop. At about 9:40PM officers pulled over 31-year-old Joshua James Chapman of Redding and reportedly found drug paraphernalia in plain sight. After a search of the vehicle 2 Ounces of Fentanyl were reportedly found along with 20 Xanax pills and a scale for drug sales. Chapman was also found to be driving on a suspended license.
