A large Fentanyl bust was made by Redding Police early Saturday morning. At 4:30AM an RPD Officer made a traffic stop for multiple violations on Lake Boulevard near the Interstate 5 overpass. The driver, 68-year-old Gregory Van Drumgoole Sr. of Redding, allegedly consented to a search. Police say they found a Pound of Fentanyl and then searched a North Redding hotel room registered to Drumgoole, where they found evidence of sales. Drumgoole is in jail on $100,000 bail.
