“Sea Monsters Unearthed” Will Open Saturday At Turtle Bay

Sea Monsters Unearthed is a new exhibit that opens Saturday at the Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding, bringing an extraordinary collection of fossils and stories of science, collaboration, and discovery. Dive into a prehistoric world where giant marine reptiles ruled the oceans. These long-extinct giants return to life through dramatic fossil displays, large scale replicas, and interactive exhibits for all ages. Created by the National Museum of Natural History and the Smithsonian, the exhibit marks the first time the fossils are traveling for public display. Sea Monsters Unearthed will run through January 11th of next year. Learn more at turtlebay.org/sea-monsters-unearthed.
