Red Bluff is not going to willingly shelter any sex offenders. In January, Red Bluff Police learned that a 62-year-old registered sex offender named Johnny Martin had moved into their jurisdiction but had failed to inform local authorities of his presence. Officers found Martin and arrested him on a parole hold. Convicted of failing to register as a transient sex offender, Martin has been sentenced to 3 years in prison.
