The Shasta County Board of Supervisors will hold a regular meeting Thursday morning with an abbreviated agenda. They’ll vote to approve the wording for ballot arguments in favor of their ballot measure “P” that would amend the county charter by limiting the use of eminent domain, as well as ballot measure “Q”, allowing the board of supervisors to fill elected department head mid-term vacancies through either appointment or special election, at the board’s discretion. Thursday’s meeting begins at 9AM.
