Redding Police have seized a lot of drugs and guns after a three week investigation. 45-year-old Shawn Thompson was arrested February 14th in the Lake Boulevard area after a traffic stop. Police say he had a large amount of Fentanyl and evidence of sales. A follow-up was done last Friday when the sheriff’s office and SINTF agents helped serve a search warrant on Thompson’s car and home. They reported finding more than a Pound of Fentanyl and 14 illegally possessed guns, one of them stolen. Thompson was not there and remains at large, but 58-year-old Edward Bledsoe was arrested.
