Some Happy Valley residents have no water running from their taps. At 2:30AM Thursday morning a report was made that a 14 inch water line had ruptured in the Coyote Lane area, forcing the Clear Creek Community Services District to shut off water service until repairs are made. The affected customers are along Happy Valley Road south of Lassen Avenue to Gwendo Lane, Oly Way, Bright Path on both sides of Happy Valley Road and all of Coyote Lane and side streets east of Happy Valley Road. Divers should be cautious as crews will be working close to the roadside.
