The Bissell Pet Foundation “Empty the Shelters” event, which covered adoption fees at Haven Humane Society, ended on Tuesday. Now Subaru is picking up the tab for the rest of the month. A program called “Subaru Loves Pets” is much like the Bissell Carpet Cleaner program. Costs are being completely covered by Subaru for any pet adopted through October 31st. The only thing that adopters need to pay for is the license fee. Many of the animals available at Haven can be previewed at havenhumane.org or on their Facebook Page. Appointments can be made by calling 241-1653. A mobile adoption event will take place at Redding Subaru on the 26th from 10AM to 2PM.
