The Redding East Rotary’s “Sundial Riffle Faffle” wrapped up on Saturday. The grand prize winner of $5,000 cash was Eric Woodstrom, while Kelly Boek won the Holiday Harbor houseboat vacation. Over the course of more than 3 decades, Redding East Rotary has raised over $5 Million through the Sundial Riffle Raffle and its predecessor, the Ducky Derby. All the funds benefit local youth programs and substance abuse prevention. Nearly all the tickets are sold by young people, and the organizations they represent keep 100% of the proceeds.
