An Oregon murder suspect who abandoned a stolen car in Shasta Lake City was captured in Redding Wednesday. Last Monday night 20-year-old Devonte Lovell Clark from Grants Pass was shot to death and a 29-year-old man was shot in the arm. The incident took place in Riddle, Oregon. The shooter is believed to be 19-year-old Gauge Douglas James Main of Riddle. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says Main fled in a stolen 2017 Honda Civic, which was later found in Shasta Lake City. The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office says Main was captured at a home on Beltline Road in North Redding at 10:15AM Wednesday morning when the SWAT Team served an arrest warrant. He’ll be extradited back to Oregon.
