A 39-year-old Tehama County killer has been given a prison sentence of 110 years. On the evening of August 3rd, 2020, 52-year-old Arturo Eugene Bent the Third stumbled into FoodMaxx in Red Bluff and collapsed. He had a gunshot wound to his upper chest which proved to be fatal.
