A party last week in Rancho Tehama ended badly when someone was shot. The Tehama County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday that on December 10th at around 1am, deputies responded to a report of shots fired at a Stagecoach Road location. When they got there, 48-year-old Armando Soliz Ochoa was being restrained and had been injured in the struggle. After he allegedly shot the victim, two more shots were fired before witnesses were able to disarm and restrain him. Ochoa is being held without bail on 3 counts of attempted murder, assault with a gun and child endangerment.
