The Tehama District Fair is underway in Red Bluff. The fair started Thursday and continues through Sunday. The event features live performances by Dylan Scott and Prescilla Block, along with the carnival and midway attractions, the sideshows and a bustling series of junior livestock exhibits. The first fair in Tehama County was held in 1921.
