Two Men Arrested After Traffic Stop Uncovers Meth & Packaged Cannabis

Two Mount Shasta residents were busted in Corning Monday morning. A car was pulled over on Solano Street for a moving violation. The car was occupied by 49-year-old Beau Vaughan and 40-year-old Edenixssa Romerolaw. Vaughan had a felony warrant in Tehama County so he was arrested and the car was searched. A backpack was found that reportedly contained more than 3 Pounds of processed packaged cannabis bud, as well as nearly a Pound of Methamphetamine, a digital scale and packaging. Officers also reported finding 51 glass jars, each containing a Quarter Ounce of cannabis. Vaughan and Romerolaw were both booked into jail.
