The CHP is reporting the arrests of two women for stealing communication wires. On the morning of November 25th, 39-year-old Tera Marie Hadley of Redding and 40-year-old Breanna Sue Plummer of Red Bluff were arrested near Interstate 5 south of Jelly’s Ferry Road and booked for grand theft of copper wire and conspiracy to commit malicious injury to communication lines. Red Bluff Area CHP is working with Tehama County Sheriff’s Detectives and Redding Police to track down similar cases of sabotage to communication lines.
