An annual Halloween night check of sex offenders has led to a half dozen arrests in Shasta County. During Friday night’s “Operation Boo”, 20 compliance checks were done by Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies and Probation Officers and State Parole Agents. The six men arrested were Jadjitt Dutt Kainth, Frank Spike Roehrich, Brenden Moffett, Jason Bills, Russell Wegner and Jerry McGrath, who was allegedly caught in possession of, and sending, child sexual abuse material.
