Update: Asphalt Cowboy’s Loot Found At Redding Airport, Lone Stranger & Accomplice Remain Unnamed

There’s money to be claimed following a mock bank robbery as part of Redding Rodeo Week. At 8:45AM Tuesday morning the Lone Stranger and Accomplice robbed the Golden Valley Bank on Hemsted Drive and, as usual, the Asphalt Cowboys were unable to stop them. After just one clue, the loot was found Tuesday. Chantel Davis has won a reward of $500 for finding the loot taped on the underside of a bench at Redding Regional Airport. This was the clue that led her there:

The Stranger and sidekick fled from the scene, Trying to hide the loot from eyes to be seen. They thought of a place to hide their full bag, But the time that it took created a lag.

The reward for identifying the Lone Stranger and Accomplice is now down to $400. Here’s the first clue from Tuesday:

Into the forest the crooks they did flee, With their wheelchairs and canes and pesos aplenty. They fled to the south with glee and great smiles, Under the night sky for miles and miles.

Here’s Wednesday’s Lone Stranger clue:

While crossing a creek they rode along the sand, With one hand raised up high to salute the gold they had panned. Ain’t no varmints greater than us one did howl, “Who are you talking about?”, the other did scowl!
