Update: Fugitive Captured In Oregon Was Wanted For Stabbing At Redding Trailer Park

Information has been released by Redding Police about a fugitive captured in Oregon. On January 11th a man at a trailer park off North Market Street was stabbed in his forehead. Despite a severed temporal artery, he survived. The RPD identified the suspect as 50-year-old Salvador Juarez, who has two prior violent felony strikes. Investigators say his girlfriend, Lisha Stockton of Bella Vista, drove him to a cabin near Bend Oregon and provided him with supplies to hide out there for an extended time. On January 19th, at the request of Redding Police, a large SWAT Team captured Juarez on an attempted murder warrant. He’s in Shasta County Jail on a Million Dollars bail. Stockton was arrested for being an accessory after the fact, and is not in custody.
