A man killed by an arrow on Monday in South Redding has been identified as 46-year-old Salvador Rabago. He was impaled through the chest by an arrow while arguing with 63-year-old Glen Stevenson, according to Redding Police. The incident happened at a home on Radio Lane. Stevenson was questioned and then booked into jail for murder. He has a lengthy criminal record and was already on probation for being a felon with a gun.
