Northern California fans of Turtle Bay’s “Redding Garden of Lights” have voted it into USA Today’s national top ten best botanical garden holiday lights. The attraction ranks number seven among all of the displays nationwide. It’s on Ten Acres of the McConnell Arboretum and features more than 2 Million lights in dazzling displays.
