A woman has been arraigned on felony charges of embezzling money from a non-profit youth organization. According to the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office, Jill Marie McKinley stole around $4,000 from Girls Inc. between December of 2021 and December of 2022. She was working as their treasurer at the time. Last week she entered not guilty pleas, and she’ll return to court June 18th.
