Haven Humane Society is partnering with a nonprofit called Animal Balance to provide more than 400 low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for local dogs and cats. They’ll hold two large-scale mobile animal surgical hospitals – or “MASH”- events. The first is November 14th to 16th and the second is December 5th to 7th. Pre-registration and prepayment is required through a link at havenhumane.org.
