A delay has developed in the murder trial of Tyler Scott McCain. He’s accused of killing his wife, Nikki Saelee McCain to prevent her from testifying against him for domestic violence. His jury trial was set to begin next Tuesday. During Wednesday’s trial readiness conference the defense moved for a continuance because they need more time to prepare for trial. The motion was granted and new dates will be set December 16th.
