A complicated demolition and construction project will take place near the back side of Redding City Hall as a water pump station is being replaced. The $3.7 Million project begins on Monday and continues through next October near the cross of Parkview Avenue and the A.C.I.D. Canal. The existing building is being removed and a masonry block building with a sloping metal roof will be fitted with a new pump, pipeline and instruments.
