CHP Responds To Two Off Road Vehicle Crashes Last Week West Of Red Bluff

The CHP says two recent off road crashes in rural Tehama County showcase the need to observe safety measures. Both incidents occurred in the area of the R Wild Horse Ranch off Highway 36 west of Red Bluff. On Saturday a man involved in an ATV crash was barely able to ride back to his cabin, but he suffered severe injuries because he had been riding without a helmet. Another incident happened on Monday when a Polaris two seater with three juveniles riding on it rolled over. All three kids were ejected due to not wearing seatbelts, and they all suffered minor injuries because they weren’t wearing helmets.
